About Brad

Bradford S Dean is the third generation of Deans to raise a family in Cumberland. Brad’s two children, Kelsey and Brad, keep him striving to be the best father and role model he can be. Brad’s parents Brad and Sandy and sister Rebecca have been extremely successful in business and exceptionally generous to their hometown. The Dean family is deeply ingrained in the Cumberland community. Brad’s Uncle John Dean was a career Cumberland Police officer and town council member. His cousin Jerred is currently a teacher at CHS and a middle school wrestling coach. Brad’s cousin Jason who is as close as a brother, retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. 

The Dean name is known for relentless dedication to Cumberland. Whether giving back to Cumberland schools and non-profits or participating with local organizations, the Dean family has invested in the people and the place that have kept them around for so many years.

Brad graduated from Bishop Feehan High School. He went to Saint Michael’s College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance. He then joined Fidelity Investments where he developed his strong work ethic and business sense.

Brad left Fidelity and joined Dean Warehouse Services in 2002. He learned the business from the bottom up, becoming CEO in 2018. As CEO, he oversaw the company’s development of a proprietary warehouse management system which provided leading edge warehousing efficiencies as well as overseeing nationwide operations and company finances. He has expanded the company and now manages two million square feet of warehousing space across the United States.

Brad has a tremendous passion for youth sports. Dean Warehouse Services currently sponsors 17 baseball and softball teams. Since 2020, the Dean’s and Dean Warehouse, have donated over $250,000 to worthy Cumberland organizations. The continued growth of Dean Warehouse Services is due to Brad’s relentless work ethic, inherited from his father, and a fierce home-grown commitment to his customers and community.
